Fast track for ultra-lightweight megacastings
Many thanks to the Automotive Circle and Dr. Dirk Meine for the invitation and the opportunity to present our services at the Car Body Parts: Materials And Forming Processes 2024 conference in Bad Nauheim.
It was also a great event to make new contacts in the industry and meet up with old friends.

Highlights vom Simpulse Day:
Forschung, Networking, Topologieoptimierung
Wir waren begeistert, am Simpulse Day des Automotive Solution Center for Simulation e.V. in Stuttgart am 14. März 2024 teilzunehmen, bei dem unsere Teammitglieder Sebastian Kern und Markus Unruh vertreten waren!
Es war eine herausragende Gelegenheit, sich über die neuesten Forschungsthemen zu informieren und wertvolle Kontakte mit Experten zu knüpfen.
Die Palette der Impulsvorträge und Diskussionsrunden war breit gefächert, von der Mikrosimulation im Spritzguss bis zur Topologieoptimierung von Zugwagons zur automatisierten Rückführung ins CAD.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erfolgreiche Impulsvortrag von Sebastian über Topologieoptimierungsprozesse, der auf großes Interesse stieß.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Veranstalter für die Gastfreundschaft und die exzellente Bewirtung!

We were thrilled to attend the Simpulse Day of the Automotive Solution Center for Simulation e.V. in Stuttgart on 14 March 2024, where our team members Sebastian Kern and Markus Unruh were represented!It was an excellent opportunity to find out about the latest research topics and make valuable contacts with experts.
The range of keynote speeches and discussion rounds was broad, from microsimulation in injection moulding to topology optimisation of train carriages for automated feedback into CAD.
Sebastian's successful keynote speech on topology optimisation processes, which was met with great interest, deserves special mention.
Many thanks to the organisers for their hospitality and excellent catering!

Visit to Grabert in Heilbronn
Besuch bei Grabert in Heilbronn
Our team member Markus Unruh took the opportunity to experience the prototype production process of our designs on site at Grabert Aluformguss GmbH in Heilbronn.
These visits are invaluable as they allow us to continuously improve our processes. This allows us to take manufacturing restrictions into account earlier in order to develop both lightweight and ideally manufacturable components.
Unser Teammitglied Markus Unruh nutzte die Gelegenheit, den Prototypenproduktionsprozess unserer Designs vor Ort bei der Firma Grabert Aluformguss GmbH in Heilbronn zu erleben.
Diese Besuche sind von unschätzbarem Wert, da sie es uns ermöglichen, unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Dadurch können wir Fertigungsrestriktionen früher berücksichtigen, um sowohl leichte als auch ideal fertigbare Bauteile zu entwickeln.
